Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions apply to all members and visitors of Peoties Wholesome Wave. By registering as a member or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Peoties Wholesome Wave

Peoties Wholesome Wave (“Peoties”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a private, peer-led wellness community platform operating from Singapore at peoties.com. We provide members access to a private online community, curated wellness circles, events, and peer support resources.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member
  • You must be a natural person, corporate accounts are able to register in separate context
  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
  • Peoties Wholesome Wave reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline or terminate membership at our discretion

3. Membership & Account

Membership is offered as several tiers. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Your account is personal and non-transferable
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account access to any other person
  • Notify us immediately at hello@peoties.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

4. Event Tickets

In addition to the monthly/annual subscription, Peoties Wholesome Wave may offer paid one-off event tickets processed via Stripe or PayNow. Each event will display its own pricing and availability. Ticket purchases are separate from membership fees and governed by the event’s own refund policy, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Billing & Cancellation

  • Your membership renews automatically each month/annual on the billing date unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your Account page on the platform
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, you retain access until then
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months
  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. Continued failure may result in suspension of access
  • We reserve the right to change membership pricing with at least 14 days written notice to members

6. Acceptable Use

By using Peoties, you agree to comply with our Community Guidelines at all times. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.

You also agree not to:

  • Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the platform by automated means
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure, security, or other users’ access
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Singapore law or the laws of your jurisdiction

7. Content You Post

You retain ownership of any content you post on Peoties Wholesome Wave platform. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content to other members as part of the normal operation of the platform.

You warrant that any content you post does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and does not violate any applicable law.

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for member-posted content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms & Conditions or our Community Guidelines.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, written resources, event materials, and other original content created by Peoties Wholesome Wave remain the intellectual property of Peoties Wholesome Wave. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Peoties content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Peer Support Disclaimer

Peoties Wholesome Wave is a peer support community, not a licensed mental health service. Content shared on the platform, by members or by Peoties admin, does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Peoties Wholesome Wave shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform
  • Loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm
  • Content posted by other members
  • Any technical interruptions, outages, or platform unavailability

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the membership relationship at any time. Peoties Wholesome Wave reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you are found to be in material breach of these Terms & Conditions or our Community Guidelines.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and all circles will cease. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
